Extensions Consultation

Service Description

Consultations give the you an opportunity to get to know your stylist and give your stylist the chance to analyze your hair, learn about your lifestyle, beauty routines (whether you have any), determine what is required, and how long it will take to achieve the hairstyle you desire. ** New clients only: Scheduled services that are 3+ hours REQUIRE a consultation beforehand. Please schedule a consultation before booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Each client’s appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of both our stylists and our clients. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be put toward any future services.
